Maeda Vietnam Co., Ltd. was established in 2007, as a member company of Maeda Corporation in Vietnam. With a solid foundation from a leading Japanese construction corporation, Maeda Vietnam has quickly affirmed its position in the construction industry in the Vietnamese market thanks to its commitment to quality, progress and strict compliance with safety standards.
From the early days, the company has focused on applying advanced technologies and modern construction methods, while paying attention to improving quality and labor safety when implementing large-scale, complex construction projects, from industrial to civilization. With the Grade 1 Construction Operation Capacity Certificate, Maeda Vietnam has become a trusted partner for large and breakthrough projects, contributing to promoting the development of the construction industry in Vietnam.


Maeda Corporation, founded in 1919 in Japan, is one of the leading corporations in the field of Civil, Industrial and Public Infrastructure Construction. With more than 100 years of experience, Maeda Corporation has implemented many iconic global projects, such as: Seikan Undersea Tunnel, Seto Ohashi, the world’s longest 2-storey cable-stayed bridge, Fukuoka Dome.
The development of Maeda Corporation does not end at expanding its scope of operations but also includes the construction of branches and subsidiaries in many countries. Maeda Corporation first entered the Vietnamese market in 1996 and has made its mark with a number of large and outstanding projects such as Ham Thuan – Da Mi Hydropower Project (1997), Tan Son Nhat International Passenger Terminal (2004), and most recently, the Ben Thanh – Suoi Tien Metro Line 1 Construction Project (underground section from City Theater Station to Ba Son Station).
